Neat element spectra visualization

prof. Frink: No you can't play with it. You won't enjoy it on as many levels as I do... The colors children!

This is the spectrum of a fluorescent bulb in the visible range. Measured with the Ocean Optics HR2000CG-UV-NIR spectrometer and colored with the program I've made. Here are the visualizations of element spectra 400 - 700 nm. Lines are according to NIST atomic spectra database. Elements are sorted alphabetically. If some element is missing, like for example Fr, then that element has no lines in the visible range. Most of the trans-uranic elements are missing from the list due to their nature (short lifetimes, unknown spectra) or due to my laziness. Spectra here shown are made after normalization to strongest line and after the eye-sensitivity was accounted for. All spectra are available for free (in good faith that you'll specify the source). Any feedback (even bad :( ) is appreciated. You can click on an image to see its larger version.

Collection of gif animated smilies

Various gif animated smilies (well, at least some of them smile) I've picked up on many forums. I'm not the author of any of them. There are 302 of them 'till today. Please do not link them directly (except for rasprave.fizika.org) cause it'll kill our tiny server and I'll have to change the address or move them (God forbid).
